Anonymous figures within crowds, 2017 – 2023

My recent body of work explores life experiences by exposing their contradictions and examining human potential. The themes of movement and blur depict individuals engaged in daily urban activities as anonymous figures within crowds, each assuming roles that conceal their identities. The “In Motion” series examines the interplay between perception, presence and absence of matter, and the depiction of bodies constantly moving. Society is transitioning from one type of organizational system to an unknown future where human intelligence will require adaptation and possible mutation. Observing amidst a fast-paced world provides a connection to the present moment and the energy surrounding all life forms.
